is it okay to lie about gpa?

by: future froggy

I keep hearing that everyone lies about their GPA and that they have no way to know if it is true. My GPA isn't going to get me into a top house, and I really want one. Should I just give myself a 3.7?

I keep hearing the same thing. That if you don't inflate they will think it is lower than you are. My friend said that Nationals make them take high GPAs, but the chapters don't care, so they want you to inflate. true?

This has got to be a troll trying to give PNMs bad advice for fun.

TCU provides the GPA for verification purposes. You will be caught lying and dropped for the lie instead of for a less than perfect GPA!

DO NOT LIE ABOUT THIS PNMs!!!!!!!!!

How does TCU provide your high school GPA? That seems like an invastion of privacy. I'm not the original poster and I'm not a troll. I really just want the truth about this.

How do you think you got admitted to TCU? They have your high school transcript. They provide that GPA to the sororities. This is the way it is. If you wanted a sorority that has higher standards then you should have studied harder.

Do not lie. You will be found out.

Put your real gpa. So what you might get dropped from one or two houses you wanted but theres still so many other houses that might be better for you. And even then I've seen girls get into houses with gpa's below the cut

Sororities are more interested in you than something as superficial as GPA

Wrong. We have GPA standards that must be met. To get around the GPA requirement, it takes a huge amount of extra work and the PNM has to be extra extra special. You're not that special person.

Well,we took loads of girls that we though were really special. The reality is that if you are hot, it doesn't matter your GPA.

I guess that means you took our leftovers because we expect our members to be both hot and smart, among other things. That's called top tier, honey.
