Gonna be hard to get a good house. Only about half of the houses participate in formal recruitment. The best houses get all their guys over the summer. Good luck though.

No, conducting summer recruitment is a level three felony and can land you behind bars upwards of twenty years. Of course its allowed, every house does it. It happens at every school in the country. What kind of question is this?
