fraternity tiers

At TCU there is not a true "top house" but there are tiers of fraternities. These are based just on the quality of their events and how people on campus feel about them when they see people wearing their letters. They are in no particular order inside the tiers.

within each tier it varies by who is better year to year so there is really no way to make a list within each tier. SAE should also move down
