What should I do about rushing a fraternity for the fall as a transfer from the north? How do I make contacts and start the process?

I would contact the president of any chapter you're interested in and that way when you are here over the summer for orientation you can get lunch with rush chairs. All of the best houses fill their pledge classes over the summer. Some kids have already gotten bids for next fall. Good luck.

It can be a challenge getting bids from the more southern houses that summer bid but you will have quality options available come fall.
