Contact your local alumni chapter if you have a legacy. They should be able to assist you with consisting with a consultant.

My personal experience is that I went through a successful recruitment without a rush consultant. If you have strong REC letters and grades, are polished and present yourself well you do not need to go to this added expense.

There is a small % of girls that do get constants but if you come with good RECS. Resumes and are polished and outgoing you do not need to do this.

The whole point of consultant is they polish you.

If you have a family member or friend who will give you pointers from when they went through meant, that should be sufficient. Look your best, be engaging and friendly, keep a positive outlook and you will be fine. Don't let the competition from going to this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make lifelong friends.

I think this advice is best. Do not go to the expense of a paid professional but get tips from those that have done this before.
