quotas

I heard there were a bunch of freshmen that transferred out this year. Will this affect the upperclassmen quotas for fall recruitment or have most of the spots been filled up with spring rush?

Those empty positions were filled through spring recruitment which means that will not be a deciding factor for quotas.

The quota is based on the total number of girls applying for recruitment.

so sophomores, juniors, and seniors are all lumped together as an upperclassmen quote or is there a separate quota for each one?

Quotas change every year as the numbers come in for applications of recruitment. It is entirely too soon to answer this question.
