The truth is ADPi is improving but if you compare the quality of their newest pledge class to that of the other "bottom" houses they are still substantially lower. They may have a couple of cute girls but I know GPhi, AXO, and SK all had great recruitments and each have several pretty girls.
The bottom houses are all improving while certain top or middle tier houses are declining (DG, Pi Phi, Kappa). Based on this years pledge classes this is how I would rate them:
Tri Delt, Zeta, Theta
Chi O, Pi Phi, Kappa
GPhi, SK, AXO
DG, ADPi

@rankings - true. It is absolutely true that some movement in the rankings is going on.

Wtf are you smoking @truth? Everyone knows the top houses are kappa, tri delt, zeta, chi o, and pi phi. Middle houses are Theta and DG and lower are AXO, ADPi, and Gamma Phi

theta, pi phi, dg and zeta are all really good and in the same category.

whoever said DG was at the bottom is ridiculous. i'm not even a DG and i saw this and i laughed out loud. umm gamma phi however..stop self ranking yourself? tri delt, kappa and chi o..well known at tcu, but its just catty high school bs.
