I actually think that the Gamma Phis have done better than the Zetas. I'm not in either house, so this is as unbiased as possible. I know they are new, but I think they've overtaken Zeta which has had a few rough years.

I agree with "honest" but i think the chi o's are great girls too. very involved and fun. and a majority of the zetas arent sloppy drunks, the few that are stand out though so i can see why they would say that

Mostly I agree with honest and true. I read multiple comments on each sorority, though, and have one question. Why is Gamma Phi singled out for having self ranking? If you read their comments, they don't sound at all to me like they were written by Gamma Phis. It makes me wonder if honest and true are in sororities that lost some girls to the new sorority. Just saying...

These are the top houses, I don't want to put them in order because they each have different pros and cons so you cant really compare them, but they are definitely the top:
Zeta, Theta, Pi Phi, Chi O,

zeta, chi o, pi phi- top three
theta, kappa, tri delt- top tier but not as good as the zta, chi o or pi phi
a chi o, dg- not bad at all

Top 6 desired chapters in no particular order:

Chi O, Pi Phi, Zeta, Kappa, Theta, Tri Delt

After that it's DG - The middle house.

Then the 4 chapters where all the girls didn't get into their first choice:

AChio, ADPi, Sigma Kappa, and Gamma Phi.

I'd move Gamma Phi into the middle with DG. I think they're way above AXO, ADPi, and SK. I know they're new, but they've come up with this year's class.
