the things you and other people are saying on this site are disgusting and so far from the truth. what is the purpose of all of the hateful posts?! is it because you're all jealous that you're not greek? because tcu's greek life is amazing. greeks are all friends and there isn't one organization better than the other. and @advice that is so untrue! sororities do not judge girls based on the color of their skin! there are all kinds of races in every sorority and i hope that continues to increase!

what advice can you give for a successful rush?

First off, don't believe what you read or hear from anyone else. Every house is unique and wonderful! Go into rush with an open mind and positive attitude and look for a sorority that shares your same values and has girls that you could really see yourself being best friends with. And never, ever talk bad about a sorority before, during, or after rush. Gossiping at rush is about the most unclassy thing you can do. You don't know what sorority you're going to get a bid from, you don't know what the girl you're gossiping with's future sorority will be and you don't know your rho gamma's sorority. Show the girls in the houses what you have to offer their sorority by talking about your involvement and accomplishments in high school and your plans for college! BE YOURSELF! Don't be nervous and just have FUN. It is a once in a lifetime experience that you will never forget and you will more than likely end up where you need to be.

If standards are 2.75, doesn't that mean you need a 2.75 to participate in recruitment? If so, why does TCU list 2.25 as the minimum?

The only thing this site is good for is a laugh. I'm in a TCU sorority and nothing here reflects TCU Greek, we all have friends in all the houses and could care less about "ranks". Every house just wants girls they click with, so go with the house you would feel most comfortable in because we're all good at TCU!
