sorority comments

I really don't get why you people go greek, it looks silly and pretentious.

I would like to add to what I said below, I think it's awesome all the money you raise for your philanthropies! So Go Greek on that note! :)

of those of you who went to the four different possible sororities presentations, which did you like the best/least? It was

Alpha Omicron Pi
Phi Mu
Alpha Gamma Delta
Delta Phi Epsilon.

My favorite: Alpha Omicron Pi

Least: Probably Delta Phi Epsilon.

I wasn't able to attend the presentations but would like some insight. What about AOP did you like and dislike about DPE?

Is it possible to get a COB from any of the sororities? i am interested in pi phi, dg, and zeta

Why does it even matter if people self rate? Everyone knows the order on here isnt completely accurate anyways who trusts a website to decide which sorority is the right one for them... its stupid all the people stating that a sorority is self rating in a comment on their page

I agree with you, and as far as "order" goes each house thinks they are the best, after all, it's the one they are in and the one they only truly know. I've been in my sorority for 3yrs now and know for sure that all of us have a wide range of girls, we all have some hard partiers, beautiful girls, smart girls, girls that aren't as involved, girls that are extremely involved, good girls and not so good girls. This website is not anywhere close to being an accurate way to help someone make a decision on which sorority they might like to be in, that's what rush is for! Greek is definately the way to go though, no matter what house you're in!

who has to spring rush?

Yes, Pi Phi, DZ, and Zeta will all be doing spring rush. They all had to snap bid during rush and need newbies to fill their ranks. Call and let them know you're interested. Good luck!

DZ isn't at tcu...and pi phi, dg and zeta all got 67 girls which was quota, unlike some other sororities. so no they won't be doing spring rush. so whoever the person below me is i think you got your info wrong...
