I've heard good things about the Chi Omega Chapter at TCU. I'm even sending a rec. for a girl and I'm not a XO!

Nice try at self-promotion KKG.
Actually, Kappa is on the bottom tier with Sigma Kappa. This is just the way it is. They have a good national rep but they are definitely not a top house. Pi Phi, Chi-O and Theta are the top choices, and Tridelt is good also.
