I might be attending TCU in the fall and I was interested in being in a sorority. Would I have a difficult time getting into a sorority by being from New England?

Over 50 percent of our current students are from out of state. This will not hold you back.

If you are a solid recruit this isn't going to be held against you. Even the "southern" houses have members from all over now.

Don't expect open arms from DDD, XO or KKG BUT there are many other good options so you should be fine

Chi Omega, Tri Delt and Kappa Kappa Gamma lean to Texas girls but we have ten other houses to choose from. This is not a problem.

They are more interested in girls from Texas but you have a lot of other options.

This was my experience too. The "Texas" houses are not the best here anyway.
