Is Theta highly coveted during recruitment? Does Theta have a strong sisterhood? Also, which sororities are known for having the most drama?

Theta is a very middle house. Nice girls, but nothing special. If you like Theta, go for it. But I wouldn't call them "coveted."

I would second that. They are not a bad house and are known for being smart but "coveted" would go too far. When you say drama, I think Zeta.

Theta is the very top academic house. Coveted depends on the person! They are number one where they put their priorities.

Yes, they won "top GPA" one semester. The difference between the highest house and the lowest was .02 difference. So it really isn't that big of a deal. They are a MIDDLE HOUSE!!!!! All their self ranking calling themselves "smart and classy" doesn't change anything.

Without a doubt Theta is a go to choice for girls looking for intelligent sisters. As for drama, I would say Zeta and Pi Phi are high in this category but everything depends on your personal experience.

Theta is a highly coveted house for some girls. If your looking for some really solid and smart girls then theta is something to consider

I second that. If your looking for party hard girls you are not a Theta. If you want intelligent and nice then you would love them.

Theta has maintained the top GPA for years on campus. They are known for their kindness and class. They are not a huge party group. It is up to the individual if any house is "coveted". If you want high class and smart Theta should be high on your list.
