parking garage opening

Does anyone know if the parking garage by the new dorms/Greek will open after Christmas break? It is such a nightmare finding parking and the ticket patrol rent a cop just makes it worse.

They are having issues so no one knows. The school doesn't know how hard the contractor is going to work.
