best place to meet people

After checking out some fraternity parties my question is where do you actually meet people? They aren't awful but aren't easy to connect at either. I'm not 21 so where are the best places I can legally get in?

Your dorms, classes and other orhanizations is were you actually get to know people. No one is looking to know each other at a fraternity party.

To really meet people, meet them in real life not a party or club. Be warned there are too few real men on this campus.

You are new arent you? I'm not sure you want to "meet" anyone at TCU. There are much better options in the city.

It depends on what your looking for. More party types then Bottoms is good or more conservative Greek Wide
