hahaha SAE on top? Not a chance.

Every year they graduate their best class, their last decent one graduated last May. Their senior class has maybe a dozen current actives and their junior class started out with like 17 kids. They are becoming less & less relevant each year. No one will even throw mixers with them except for like A-chio, dg, & zeta

This person speaks the truth. SAE is another example of old name house that becomes so insulated they think people are still impress. No boys, you are nothing like the SAE of old. Lower tier for sure. Switch Beta and SAE and this rank would be reality.

No way Beta is this low. They are top in Greek awards, grades, girls love them...lots of jealously happening here because they are new and already a top group.

It's dumb that a fraternity that is known to be practically non-existent (SAE) and not involved at all on this campus is considered top. They have done literally nothing to help the chapter stay strong and riding on their name sure isn't gonna cut it these days
