Most groups do but you should check with the chapter you would be transferring in to to learn their specific requirements.

The only way to be sure is contact the chapter with your specifics

If you have good grades and resume then most chapters do. I would contact the house like the last person said.

This is the correct way to go about things and get correct answers. Contact the chapter directly.

If you are a member in good standing the majority of chapters will happily accept you as a transfer student.

Almost all houses do but contact the house directly that you are interested in.

If you have the things you listed then you should have no problem.

Almost always with a good standing, grades and resume but nothing a done deal to the house sees how you stack up.

Contact the house you are inquiring about directly and get the scoop from the source. The short answer is almost always yes but do your homework to make sure.

All these posters are correct in stating the majority of the time a transfer is welcome. However you have to contact the house you are asking about and see if you meet their criteria. There is a lot of paperwork involved so contacting them early is best.
