new greek

Where are they going to put the new Greek with TCU being landlocked? How would they build one in the same place while class is in session?

I thought they were going to knock down sections at a time and redo it in the same location. ADPi would be first because they are the oldest group.

I believe this is the plan and they will begin before the end of 2014 with an expected end date sometime is 2018. It will take so long because they can't displace students living in the Greek during construction. They will work in sections.

This is what I have heard too but I can't imagine how it will work. The greek parking is already so full. Adding all the construction will be a huge pain.

I've just started TCU so this may sound dumb to those of you that are here but what is that large building right along the back of the greek? Is that not part of the greek row? Thanks for the education.

They have already started. That is what is being smoothed behind the back Greek buildings.

The process of construction will suck. But when this project is done it will be amazing!!! So jealous of the future Horned Frogs. They are slowly beginning the project now one building at a time and it will be fully complete for 2018. Girls houses will be built first (ladies first~ this is the south y'all!) and then the guys.

I get we need more space but it is going yo be awful. If they would wait to start in 2018 that would suit me fine.
