rec letters

Im transfering to TCU as a sophomore and have already signed up for TCU'S panhallenic. i recently decided to rush and its become very hard for me to find alumnaes to write me rec letters. is it going to impact me in a huge way? I'm sending packets to each sorority with pictures, resume, and transcript. I really hope it won't affect me that much!

This could hurt you with so many girls going through recruitment. Did you put a request up on Facebook and call your local alumni association. This should help get you some Rec letters if it isn't too late. You need them if you can get them.

Do try both these options and soon. I can't speak for other houses but I do believe REC letters are important in such a highly competitive situation. Letters of support may be easier for you and are great too.

if i atleast get one mailed in before recruitment starts do you think that will better my chances?

Yes, because competition is so high and so many girls are going through the recommendations you can get beforehand help set the stage for you. They are past due now but if you can get some please do.
