would it be weird to wear a casual dress on day 3? the pinterest page has a lot of shorts and skirts so I was just wondering.

I think a casual dress always looks good. As far as maxi's go--they are kind of in the same category as a romper--trendy but likely not your best choice for the classic style vibe you want for recruitment.
