Questions about theta

Wondering why specifically theta is considered mid tier? I’m from socal and all the hot girls who went to TCU went theta. Is it because they are out of state ? Are relations bad. I’m just curious.

I think theta is more lower top. They have really hot girls, especially lately, but they don’t have the caliber of frat relations that other sororities have

So the quality of sororities is determined by the 'frat relations' and how hot these boys think the girls are? No, frat boys, these are women's organizations, not your dating service.
