Transferring sororities/schools ?

by:

For example, let’s say DG at your school is the lowest ranked house but then you transfer to TCU where DG is top house, are you automatically in? What are the steps to that? I didn’t even know this was a thing lmao wtf

Grow up. Ranks aren't real. Only shallow idiots believe they are. Every sorority has a national reaffiliation policy and for some it's automatic from chapter to chapter. But for most of them it's up to the chapter to decide to let a sister affiliate with them or not, and it has absolutely nothing to do with so-called 'ranks'. Chapter members would meet the sister in person to see if she would be a fit with the chapter. And every sorority requires that a member be in good standing to even be considered for reaffiliation.

i knew a girl who did this, she was allowed in but felt very out of place and the girls were rude to her to talked behind her back to the point where she would legitimately cry after every chapter. her friends were in a “bottom” house but she never dropped. so be cautious it’s a slippery slope and girls can be very mean

Yes, if you are in good standing and officially a current active member, you can transfer to a different chapter if you are enrolled as a full time student at that school

My sorority (not DG) doesn't require us to take affiliates from other schools. It's up to our discretion as a chapter depending on the member.

Uh oh, looks like you don't know how to read. You missed the very first two words, "FOR EXAMPLE."
