Need some tips for rush next fall

by: Sadie

So it’s my senior year in hs…Louisiana girl here. Also, considering LSU and maybe Ole Miss.

I am very popular and outgoing all that stuff…good gpa and won some pageants. Like a lot of boys hit on me and stuff. Basically, I want to be in a very top tier house. What advice can you give me? I want to start thinking about this now and doing what I need to do to make it happen. It’s that important to me. I’m scared of ending up mid tier or something.

Tell me you're in high school without telling me you're in high school

In fairness, she said she was in high school in first sentence.

What do you want out of sorority membership? It sounds like you want a set of letters that you think will make everyone consider you better than everyone else, like a pageant trophy. You will find that your popularity in college will not be based on that. There are some very pretty girls here who are not well liked by boys, or other girls, because of their personalities and attitudes. There are also a lot of pretty girls here period, and they have pageant trophies and good GPA's too. In fact, many are far more accomplished than how you have described yourself, especially in leadership and service. Based on your post, you aren't going to be a top pnm.

Wow. So if you’re in high school, good luck to you in life. You’ll end up in a sorority thats just like you as those things always have a way of working out.
The saying you’ll end of where you’re meant to be goes both ways.
If you’re a troll, shame on you. Just trying to bait and start some $#i!.
I love that sororities are even ranked.
Top tier, middle tier, lower tier. Go where you feel you’d be happy.
The ranks are made up by insecure people and those trying to make others feel less than.
