Rush for incoming guys

A lot of great guys get trapped in bottom houses so I wanted to create this list from me and my friends point of view to help incoming freshman.

Top house: sig ep, sig nu
Good: pi kap, kap sig, sig chi, lambda
Ok: beta, sae, fiji
Meh: phi delt, delt, phi kap

Sig Nu and Sig Ep are currently best houses but things can change quickly at tcu. The next group of houses (good) are all kinda the same and based on your own experiences. The ok houses are fun but all have a a stereotype that some girls might love and some girls might not. Meh houses have their groupies but in reality these three don’t have as much fun as the others on campus. TCU is a weird school for boys as fraternities are constantly switching positions depending on the last two pcs. Lambda was top my freshman year I’m going to be a senior now and they have fallen off significantly and the opposite happened with sig Nu.

Boys wherever you end up you will love tcu but don’t make the mistake many people have made in the past.
