Attractive girl in low tier sorority?
by: SoI understand that the top ones only have so many spots so that is why there are attractive girls in mid tier sororities. But what could a pretty girl do so wrong to end up in a low tier sorority? If you have good grades, are pretty, we’re involved in some activities in high school how do you end up in a bottom tier chapter?

Most girls who go to tcu are pretty, it’s ranked #1 in attractiveness of girls at a college. Obviously there are a lot of pretty girls in “bottom tier” sororities, just look at the social media accounts for those chapters. Tcu rush is very location oriented, so you start at a disadvantage if you aren’t from California or the south and don’t know a lot of people at tcu. Also “bottom tier” sororities still have formals and mixers, so it’s not that different than being in a top sorority. Some girls just click with girls in different chapters more and choose to go ones that aren’t considered “top tier” because the rankings are random and a lot of people don’t care. Also, rush is super random so it can also just be a matter of luck.

You are under a really wrong and bad assumption that sorority membership selection is based on simply getting the prettiest. Personality, attitude, conversations, and your vibe are all just as important. We are looking for SISTERS, not hiring a dating service or casting a reality show. The drop-dead gorgeous thin girl who is boring or arrogant is not going to be nearly as desirable as the overweight girl who rocks her style and is super sweet and and makes us laugh. Pretty is great if it comes with fun and sweet, not so much with no personality or rudeness. If you come off as shallow and cheap you will not have a good rush either but if you are the total package of cute, sweet, fun, and smart you are a top pnm.
