Crying at a house during rush?

hi! im in axo, and our philanthropy is DV, which is sensitive for me because my mom went thru it. i cried and believe me, nobody judged or told the other houses (they brought me tissues). the sororities understand and are going to try their best to support you.

If you cry at a house and just explain why they’ll understand. Try not to cry the whole round but I know at least my house wouldn’t drop you for that alone as long as we liked you aside from that. I also can’t imagine other houses dropping you for it. People might talk to their friends or roommates in other houses and be like a pnm cried today during one of the rounds. But unless you’re like hysterically scream crying no one is going to bother to find out your name and get you cut because you cried and got choked up. That’d be so mean to do and I’m not saying rush is a nice process but that still feels insane to me. So you might get cut from that house for crying but I can’t imagine you would from any others.
