Out of state - Fraternities

As a senior in high school in California, TCU is one of the top colleges on my list. I have heard of several California kids attending TCU who did not receive bids from fraternities. Can anyone confirm if a lot of fraternities at TCU have California kids and if there are fraternities that primarily consist of out of state students, particularly from California?

as a sorority girl, tons of ppl give out bids for california. it rlly doesn’t matter where ur from, you’ll get a bid if the frat likes you.
