There is not much arguing that this is a fair ranking. Things do change every year to some degree so a group has to keep pushing to be their best or they will drop. A name is a name but actions are fact.

During rush there are basically two tiers that have to do with "ask back" percentages. AKA, whether or not (overall) girls are cutting houses or houses are cutting them. The "top" houses during rush are: XO, ZTA, KOT, PBP, DDD, DG, KKG (kappa is right in the middle). The ones that girls usually cut (just based on ask back rates) are: GPB, AXO, SK, AOP, ADP. "Rankings" can change throughout the year, but rush is a whole different story.

IF girls think KKG and DDD are desirable it is because they are ignorant to the facts on campus. These houses are not ones girls want to join and it has been that way for several years now.

It is sad how girls who don't know the truth about our houses do get fooled by DDD, PBP and KKG. Once recruitment is over they have fallen for old reputations and monied sideshows and then they learn the truth. Be informed and be happy with your choice AFTER recruitment.
