Tier 1
Top: sig ep, sig nu
Good: lambda, kap sig
Tier 2
Middle: pi kap, sig chi, beta, sae
Tier 3
Lower: phi delt , fiji
Bad: phi kap, delt

All of the houses in a tier are more or less equal to each other. Pi Kappa used to be tier one but they have fallen off. All the houses in tier 1 and 2 have events with the top sororities and mixes with everyone. More houses are in the middle than people think, there really isn’t a difference between them besides how smart or dumb the kids are seeing that pi kappa and beta have the best grades while SAE and sig chi have the worst grades.

Phi delts hang out with kappas all the time and get a lot of the southern sororities to show up to events. Delt hangs out with axo
