Sig Nu or Sig Ep for #1 frat?

I know they are both top houses, but if you had to choose 1, which one is #1?

From what I can tell some people say sig ep is indisputably #1 and but others say sig nu and sig ep are on the same level so

Also I'm assuming Lambda is a solid #3 and not in the running for #1

Personal preference between sigep and signu. Lambda definitely 3

Yea sig ep and sig nu compete for the number 1 spot, it’s depends who you ask some say sig nu some say sig ep, both are top frats at Tcu there really isn’t a clear number 1

I mean me and my girlfriends really like both we’re friends with the guys in both and they both throw great stuff, personally I liked Sig Nu slightly more just because I always felt a bit more safe there and the atmosphere was always comfortable and I just think the SNUs are so cute but like everyone has said it’s really just personal opinion
