rush as for a girl transfer, sophomore

by: transfer

I'm considering transferring to TCU next year, and was wondering how the rush process is for sophomores. is it easier or harder? are the bonds still close? I rushed at my college this year and dropped out because I didn't feel like I fit in with any of my options.

rush for sophomores is easier as there are fewer sophomores and all chapters have to meet a sophomore quotas. you still need a decent gpa but everything is a bit more flexible

It should be easier because you will have way fewer Sophomores competing against you. Like mentioned before there will be quotas given for Sophomores so you can't be discounted. Good luck!

Houses prefer incoming freshman but because they are required to take a quota of upperclassmen and there are fewer of them rushing you should be fine. All houses are required to take this quota in.

Easier for sure because your competition is less and of quota requirements. The only sticky point to that is those that have been here a year probably know some friends in the houses which might help them out versus coming here and knowing nobody.
