frat ranking updated 2022 summer w/description

Top:

Lambda- clear top house but may fall soon due to outside issues

Sig EP- Lambdas younger brother with less issues

Sig Nu- Rose to fame as of recent due to some really good PCs. Girls seem to really love them but...only as friends

Kappa Sig- By far the best southern house; the others are irrelevant

Mid:

Pi Kapp- Use to be top but has fallen as of recent. Only thing holden them afloat is philanthropy

Sig Chi- The chill stoners. Throw great events but are kind of off

Beta- Husband material, the best grades, overall good guys but events are questionable and pledgeship is a joke

FIJI- Recent PCs have really made them mid instead of low. Guys are from all over but some are a bit weird. Good events though

Low:

Delt- Is on the come up and has had some good events recently. Very nice guys but some drink a little too much...

SAE & Phi Delt- K sigs annoying cousins

Phi Kap- Bottom house...nice guys tho
