I have heard that the "traditional" top tier houses are:
Chi O
Pi Phi
Zeta
Tri Delta
Kappa

I say "traditional" because I know that many would argue about this list. I just would like feedback if this is an accurate "traditional" top tier list. Thanks y'all!

This is totally outdated and clearly posted by someone with agendas. Chi O and Zeta are still the top two houses but Kappa, Pi Phi and DDD have plummeted. Spend some effort on improving your chapters and stop hating on others.

I agree with the first post. The only chapters that are still strong on this list are ZTA and XO. Whoever posted this just makes the other groups look desperate.

Pi Phi and DDD have dropped to upper middle, while KKG has plummeted. Theta has moved up to being top and people go back and forth with DG and GPB for the one after that

This post is so transparent it is embarrassing. Everyone who knows what is real knows Zeta is our top house followed closely by Chi O...Otherwise, these groups are middle of the pack. Nothing is wrong with that but this post makes you look bad.
