Texas Top vs Cali Top

I would argue that there are two different sets of top houses literally just depending on where you're from. For Texas/South it's going to be Kappa, TriDelt, and ChiO. If you're from Cali/West Coast, it'll probably be Zeta, DG, PiPhi.
Both groups are good but they are totally different vibes
Kappa, TriDelt, ChiO
•lots of old money Texas girls (especially from the big cities)
•girls from other areas in the south
•more southern vibe in the way they dress
•some have parents who are alumni from TCU
•sometimes moms were members of the actual chapter at TCU
•super strong alumni base (some of the oldest chapters on campus)
•mix alot with the frats that tend to be more southern (KSig, SAE)
Zeta, DG, PiPhi
•lotsss of California girls (especially from OC)
•other areas along the coast
•older girls from hometowns rush younger girls
•more Cali vibe in the way they dress
•tend to mix with the more west coast frats (Lambda, SigEp)
Literally both are great it's just such different vibes!!

Bump!! Like it or not but this is a school in Texas. It's a bit ludicrous to act like the only good houses are the ones dominated by girls from California. Ask anyone from Texas who knows anything about TCU and they'll tell you what houses are the top houses. Hint: they don't just have girls from California

Honestly I think it's because only the west coast srats that are active on Greek rank since they have so much less word of mouth compared to the southern houses that have a lot more presence in state

Not really though. They cut most Texas girls so early on. Texas girls are a minority in Cali srats even though we're in Texas
