thoughts on theta, are they top house i have heard mixed stuff about them.

they’re upper middle/lower top for sure. they’re super well rounded and their newest pledge class is very social but still maintains great grades

love them!! sooo kind and friendly. srsly just girls everyone wants to be friends with. like if ur ever having a bad day you can always count on a theta to make you smile!! and they’re super pretty!

I wouldn’t say they are a top house but they are by no means near bottom. Great reputation on campus because they are nice girls and generally good people. Also pretty.

theta is a mixed bag, some smart girls some girls that are crazy
not a strong sisterhood but very well respected on campus
