i hope this is the year that tcu realizes it’s better than these pathetic rankings. if this is what ur focusing on during rush, ur doing it wrong.

how do they "exceed" their numbers? isn't there a quota that limits the total # a house can take? If they "exceed", then how would there be any COB?

Girls that "maximize their options" are essentially promised a bid to one of the the houses they visit on pref day....sometimes that results in "quota additions". If every chapter is at or above quota, COB not likely in the fall.
