what if i made a mistake?

what if i wrote down a chapter and thought it would be best for me and i was wrong?? i’m so so scared. The decision was so hard and it took me hours and hours to make and in the end I decided that I’d be happy in either house and just wrote down the philanthropy i felt a bit more connected with because i truly couldn’t decide and loved both. what if everyone says to “trust the process” but i screwed something up by misinterpreting my feelings or thoughts, etc? i’m so stressed. please let me know your thoughts. i’m so worried i messed it up and i may have preffed and then may realize later on i’m not meant to be there. i’m so so so so scared. is anyone else feeling this way?
