tri delt in lawsuit

my rho gam group was talking about how a tri delt a few months ago physically assaulted and nearly killed another girl and some girl pulled up the lawsuit on her phone and showed me! is this true? if so should i drop them?

my cousin in a tri delt and she told me to not rush them because she wants me to have real friends and not competion and aggression... didn't think much of it until seeing this, wow.
