Sooo confused lol piphi and zeta have been top houses for literally decades. Very well established. DG has risen more recently but is still a great house. I’ve lived with girls from all three chapters and they are NOT stuck up in the least bit. Instead of listening to rumors and stereotypes from competing chapters, judge your “top tier” for yourself.

zeta and pi phi are both top, but diff vibes.

zeta- hot, nice, and close (their latest pc is not that cliquey)

pi phi- hot, some nice, cliquey to max
