Is it true TCU is getting new houses?!

A Phi would like to come here. They're closed a lot of houses for low numbers and have some interest in trying to get more houses in Texas.

If you are asking about the greek housing, the answer yes. They plan to tear down Brachman and the athletic offices during the summer and build a parking garage. They cannot start building the new houses until the garage is up because of where the construction sites will be.

Where the parking lot is now currently in Worth Hills is where the new houses will be built. From what I have heard, the plan is for the sorority houses to go up first and for the fraternities to move into the old sorority dorms. Once the frat houses are built, sorority dorms will be demolished. I'm not sure how accurate this information is now and I'm sure if you sent an email to RHL about it they would be able to update you on the current plans!
