Nicest probably depends on who you know but most people mention Theta and Gamma Phi girls for niceness. Least nice most would say Tri Delt.

"Niceness" is subjective. Every house here has nice girls and some not nice girls. The houses that seem most often associated with "niceness" are Theta, G Phi, and Alpha Chi. That said DDD is often named as least nice but I have met a couple that are ok.

Every house has nice and mean girls so your experience will vary by the ones you meet. Typically, people mention Alpha Chi Omega, KA Theta and Gamma Phi Beta as houses with a higher percentage of sweet girls.
