Any tips for COB???

I really want to participate in continuous open bidding and I'm on the list for it. I'm interested in two chapters who are eligible for COB but I was wondering what I could do to stand out? Should I contact them or should I wait and hope they reach out to me?

Wait for the spring when they will contact you and you can make friends with the two chapters your interested in.

If they are eligible now, try to reach out to people in the chapter you may know and let them know you are interested!
