Differences between Kappa Sig, SAE and Phi Delt? Are any of them considered top tier?

Kappa Sig & SAE are both top tier, have been forever, along w Lambda, & more recently Pi Kapp.

Kappa Sig & SAE are very Southern. Lambda has recently become more west coast, wasn’t always that way

SAE and Kappa Sig usually have the better PCs/Events.

They are definitely not top tier, any of them. You’re not going to be a top tier fraternity when you only recruit from one state. Other fraternities get texas kids and all states.

They’ve been top forever. You know Southern doesn’t mean Texas only. have members from all over

would say SAE is not top due to the fact they only hang out with tri delt. kap sig had a mediocre PC this year whereas phi delt had a pretty good one. if you want more involvement with other sororities, def go phi delt or kap sig. if you just want to mix with one, go SAE.

all three are great fraternities
