When exactly is COB?

Since COB refers to "Continuous Open Bidding", does that mean I could get a bid at any time before the next formal recruitment in the fall? There are a couple of houses I like that sometimes do COB. I heard it was in the spring but since the word "continuous" is in the title thought maybe I could get a bid at anytime.

I’m also curious, has any chapter started or plan on doing informal recruitment???

Although officially “continuous“, it usually will not happen in the fall semester. The exec/active members are busy getting new members prepared for membership and initiation.

So what it means by continuous is that if there is any point that the chapter goes to a certain point on their numbers they can do it. So if members drop mid semester it could open up. If you are interested contact Panhellenic but also reach out to women in those chapters if you know any and just say you are interested if they do it
