Jealousy???? I am confused
by: Why?Since bid day I have seen no negative posts on GR... except toward Pi Phi. I got dropped by them after round 2, but I have no ill will toward anyone and can respectfully acknowledge that they are a great sorority and got the best PC this year... why do people hate on them? Is it just jealousy or am I missing something????

I agree. GR has been positive which is refreshing. Not sure why the hate from some toward PBP. Questioning the size of their pledge class, etc. They dropped me after round 2 but I have no ill will. They were some of the nice women I spoke with during rush that actually seemed real to me. Absolutely loved their video. From what I hear they are nice to everyone, very inclusive even if you are not in their sorority. Seems like a true sisterhood to me. I also think they got a great pledge class this year. From the special extra things they did during rush sounds like they deserve the top spot. I think it is just jealousy.

Agree. I think PBP did really well this recruitment and they're just really excited about it. Leave it alone. Some houses just like to post on here.

PBP's have always been known to have really sweet, fun, down to earth women. Also, known to be some of the prettiest but so what???? I can appreciate someone who is beautiful without feeling jealous and insecure. All I know is when you meet them they are more than just their looks. I remember once when they invited a bunch of us girls(we are not PBP) to some event they were hosting. It was such fun and I honestly felt so included. Way more than I did with some other top tier houses. PBP is top and is definitely not solely based on looks. They are very sweet girls all around. Stop the hating!

So what if they are beautiful girls!!! Honestly rush can be brutal on both sides. Sororities HAVE to make cuts. They can only have so many. We all gravitate toward people who look and act like ourselves. I cannot fault them for her they select in their houses. But, I personally know that is not only about looks. They are much more selective and have been known to drop some gorgeous women. They must be looking for more attributes than a pretty face. Stop the hate! They are a nice group of women who actually do really good for the philanthropy. I personally think they are a top house and it really does not have a lot to do with looks. Let's try and be supportive of each other and not tear each other up.

Could not agree more! I got a bid from a mid tier house and could not be happier where I am!!! That being said, the ladies I talked to in piphi could not have been more sweet and genuine toward me. All of my friends have said the same thing. I think the hate absolutely stems from jealousy/anger from being dropped by them. Congratulations to piphi on an amazing pc! Same to every other house who made the most of the virtual recruitment process. Special shoutout to adpi, typically known as a bottom house, who got a FANTASTIC group of women this year! So happy for you ladies!!!! <3
