Quota for Recruitment

So w/out AOPi is there a potential for larger PC’s or a greater chance for snaps or COB’s?

this was an answer on another thread that i thought was really helpful! i think pcs will just be a little bigger
they take the number of girls who attend pref parties and divide it by the number of sororities to create quota. some pcs are a little bigger than quota, some are a little smaller.
