Fall recruitment

by:

lets say that this semester I receive a bid but decide to decline because of school or financial reasons would I be able to rush in the spring? Since I didn’t sign anything or join the sorority and drop, would I still be eligible to rush this spring?

Why exactly are you going thru rush then, sounds like you’re using this as an excuse if you don’t get what you want.

But you would have signed something to get a bid. The MRABA form is what you sign after pref and it is a binding agreement that you will accept any bid offered to you. If you decline your bid, you are not eligible for another bid for a year. So no, you could not get a spring bid. If you have any doubts then please drop before pref.

If you get a bid, you sign something at Pref that binds you to that sorority regardless if you drop until next fall’s recruitment. It’s in your PNM contract.
