Chi O quarantine???

I heard that there was an email sent out saying Chi O has to quarantine, is this true? If so, is it just the girls who live in the house or is it every member? I also heard something about a fraternity having to do the same, does anyone have any info on that?
I'm not trying to stir up any drama, I am asking out of concern for public health and safety.

Yes, Chi O and Pi Phi are on mandatory, chapter-wide quarantine because so many of their members have it.
