is chi omega really the top chapter at tcu?
by: Real truthYou often see on Greek Rate where XO is listed list at most things but when you read their individual rating they sound mean. How are they really viewed on campus?

They are a old house here and being the biggest nationally everyone has heard of them. They are always high in grades and are pretty involved. Their class this year was not on par with usual groups. They are not as popular as once because of their dirty rush practices. They have a very mixed group of girls but are still a strong house.

They are a good house I guess but their rush is a joke. I can name so many girls who picked other houses over ChiO and ChiO rush is RIDICULOUS. Their alumni pick the girls and the girls who are picked either have easy majors with good grades or family connections. Honestly, ChiO is a house that was once great that isn't so much anymore. Other houses are moving up in the tier and if anyone came to campus and looked at the girls in all the houses, including involvement, personality....ChiO would not be top. Probably wouldn't even be top tier. It's name is what keeps it going.

They are very cult like in blindly believing they are the top of everything. Many girls write them off before rush even begins because they realize you only get a bid through under the table alumni bull. They do push members to excell though so if you are willing to jump through their hoops they are still a good group.

Would agree with all of these statements. People have other choices and are sick of the head games.
