Ranked kinda in order.
Phi delt: higher class kids from mid to major cities in tx; some Houston, some highland park Dallas, a lot of alamo heights San Antonio, midland, kerrville, etc. Money abundant. Pretty good alumni network. Draw top-tier girls. Most bids are given out early (summer) to people already known by fraternity members.
Kappa sig:
Similar to phi delt but with a lot of fort worth kids. Good financial support. Good group of girls that come to parties. Most bids given out early during summer.
SAE:
Theyre solid in the traditional sense. Money is not a problem. These are rich private/some public school kids. Dallas highland park. Kinkaid school and episcopal high in Houston. Alamo heights in san Antonio. As with phi delt and kappa sig, bids are given to kids with connections to people already in the fraternity. Formal rush is pretty much useless. Like the other two, the girls are hot and from good, wealthy families. Great alumni job network.

Lambda chi:
Good guys, sociable, certainly easy to get along with. Decent money. Fun parties. They take kids from out of state on a regular basis, which other phi delt, sae, and kappa sig don't. Girls: this is a weird one. Lambda chis run the gamut in terms of being attractive. Some bring the hottest girls at TCU (seriously) and some pull average ass. If you're from out of state and don't know anyone coming into TCU, just be yourself and be personable during formal rush and you'll have a good shot.
Sigma chi:
They get high. Dont get me wrong, I like to smoke too; that's just their reputation. They are less sociable than sae, kappa sig, phi delt and lambda in terms of setting up big parties, but they're cool guys. Decent money base. Good girls but not the best. I would have been happy to be a sigma chi had I not pledged phi delt.

As I said, the order I posted the fraternities in is not necessarily best to worst, as it varies year by year and pledge class by pledge class. However, I have been to parties with each and every fraternity at TCU and I draw this info from nothing but personal experience. If you have any questions, please post them in the comments section.
